No change-of-mind returns
Authenticated resale is a single physical item, inspected, then shipped to you. We do not accept returns because you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or found a lower price. Size, condition, and box details on the listing are the description you buy against. If those facts are wrong, that is an after-delivery dispute, not a change-of-mind return.
If authentication fails
If the item fails authentication before it reaches you, we refund the order and return the item to the seller. You do not need to open a dispute. Your payment stays protected while that happens.
After delivery — 48 hours
You may open an after-delivery dispute within 48 hours of confirmed delivery if the item is not as described or does not appear authentic. Reasons include condition mismatch, not authentic, or another defect you can show in photos. If a courier marked the order delivered but you did not receive it, use the same 48-hour window.
The window is measured from confirmed delivery on that order, even if several orders arrived in one parcel. Each order has its own window.
If the order never arrives
You may open a didn’t-arrive claim after 7 days from when we ship from our warehouse if delivery has not been confirmed. You can still use this path if the courier never recorded a delivery scan.
How to open a dispute
Open the order in My orders. If you are eligible, the order page lets you start a dispute. Upload photos for an after-delivery case. Describe what happened. You may have only one open dispute per order.
While a dispute is open we pause payout on that order only. Other orders for the same seller are not frozen. We review the case, including third-party authentication evidence when authenticity is challenged. UNDS handles the case with you — you do not contact the seller.
What we can decide
We can:
- Refund you in full and start a return of the item to UNDS (we handle the return; you will not be asked to ship to a private seller).
- Refund part of the amount. If the goods are genuine we may still require you to return them.
- Reject the dispute if the evidence does not support it. Repeated rejected disputes can affect your ability to open new ones.
Refunds cannot exceed what you paid for that order. Payment-processing costs are generally not added back on top of a refund. Lost parcels in transit are handled by UNDS. Tell us through a didn’t-arrive claim or support if a parcel does not arrive.
Chargebacks
A bank or card chargeback is separate from a platform dispute. Opening a chargeback while we can still resolve the order through UNDS may delay or complicate your case. Use the dispute flow first when you are still inside the windows above.
