How authentication works
Every listing is one physical item. Sellers ship to our warehouse first; we authenticate with a professional partner; then we ship the authenticated item to you — covered by the UNDS Authentication Guarantee.
The flow
- Start checkout — your price is locked for 15 minutes while you pay.
- Pay securely — your money is held safely until delivery.
- The seller ships the item to our warehouse (never directly to you).
- The item is authenticated with a professional third-party partner (for example Poizon or CheckCheck).
- If it passes, we ship the item to you under the UNDS Authentication Guarantee.
UNDS Authentication Guarantee
The guarantee is our promise that items ship to you only after they pass authentication. Certificates stay with the authentication partner.
Certificates & disputes
Certificates and packaging videos stay with the authentication partner. If you open a dispute about authenticity, our team reviews that evidence with you.
What authentication covers
Authentication confirms authenticity and condition at the time of inspection. It does not cover every later change in condition.
