Terms of Service

UNDS is an India-only marketplace for authenticated sneakers and luxury resale. We operate the website, hold buyer payments until the order path completes, and run a warehouse that every item sold by a personal seller must pass through before it ships to a buyer.

You need an account to check out. We verify your mobile number with a one-time password on an Indian (+91) number, then collect your name and a deliverable email. Checkout stays blocked until that email is verified.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share verification codes. We may lock or close an account that we reasonably believe is used for fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct.

Each listing is one physical item at a fixed price in Indian rupees. We do not run auctions or ratings. Buyers and sellers cannot message each other. You deal with UNDS, not the other party.

Personal sellers never ship to buyers. After you pay, the seller ships to the UNDS warehouse. A professional partner authenticates the item. Only then do we ship it to you, under the UNDS Authentication Guarantee. Some Exclusive stock is already authenticated and in our warehouse before it is listed; those items still ship to you only after that authentication is complete.

We never show you the other party’s name, phone, email, address, or account details. Invoices and receipts are issued by UNDS and do not reveal who you bought from or sold to.

Your cart is a saved list only. Adding an item does not reserve it. A hold starts when you begin checkout and we reserve the item. The reserved price is locked for 15 minutes while you pay. If payment does not complete in time, the item can go back on sale.

You must choose a serviceable delivery address at checkout. That address is saved onto the order and later edits to your address book do not change an order already placed. Delivery to the buyer is free. Amounts you pay are those shown at checkout; we do not add surprise authentication or delivery fees on top of that total.

Your payment is held in escrow until authentication and delivery complete. If authentication fails, we refund you and return the item to the seller. If something is wrong after delivery, the Returns & Disputes Policy applies — not an open-ended change-of-mind return.

You can activate selling from Become a seller. That opens Seller Hub. Identity verification (KYC) is not required to list or ship, but payout is released only after identity is verified, bank details are on file, the delayed payout hold for that order has elapsed, and our team releases the payout. Requesting payout is not a wallet withdrawal. UNDS does not operate a seller wallet or a rolling reserve. Balances you see are estimates of what we expect to pay on your orders.

Listings start in review unless you are a trusted seller. You must describe the item honestly, including size, condition, and whether the box is included. Photos are stripped of hidden location data before they are shown publicly. You may withdraw a listing still in review, or delist a live listing, unless it is already reserved or sold.

After a buyer pays, you must ship to the UNDS warehouse — never to the buyer — and upload tracking within 72 hours. Missing that window can lead to cancellation, a buyer refund, and a missed shipping deadline. You will never see the buyer’s delivery address.

If an item fails authentication as counterfeit, we refund the buyer, return the item, and record a violation. Repeated counterfeits, missed shipping deadlines, or disputes can pause listing, freeze payout, or ban the account. After payout, a chargeback may be recovered from later payouts. By selling, you remain liable for losses we cannot recover that way.

While identity verification is not yet complete, unpaid proceeds on items you list are capped. At that cap, new listings and new sales pause; orders already paid must still be shipped.

The UNDS Authentication Guarantee is our promise that items ship to buyers only after authentication. Authentication is done with professional third-party tools. We confirm whether the item passed. UNDS does not issue its own certificate, QR code, or public proof page.

Authentication confirms authenticity and condition at inspection. It is not a guarantee of every future condition or of what happens after delivery. Read How authentication works.

Prices and the amount you are charged are set when you start checkout. Statutory taxes that apply to a sale are included in that checkout total; we do not publish a separate fee schedule here because rates are set by law.

Payment-processing costs are generally not returned on refunds. On authentication-fail refunds UNDS covers or reallocates that cost; we will not add extra buyer fees beyond the checkout total you already paid.

You must not:

• Sell counterfeits, empty boxes, or swapped items.
• Buy your own listings, wash-trade, or collude on chargebacks.
• Contact, identify, or attempt to identify the other party to a sale.
• Upload photos or text that reveal another person’s identity or your own contact details on a public listing.
• Abuse disputes, verification codes, or support channels.
• Interfere with the site, scrape it aggressively, or attempt to bypass security controls.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

UNDS is not a party to an off-platform deal you make with anyone you met through the site, and we are not a bank. To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit, including liability for authenticated goods under the Authentication Guarantee and the Returns & Disputes Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a court finds a clause unenforceable, the rest still applies.
